Led by a solo practitioner, SDS offers hands-on, personalized support. Molly is an architect focused on helping design teams do their best work. Whether you need an extra set of hands or an additional brain, she’s here to support you. With a background in designing and supporting projects of all sizes, she works with teams to provide reliable, thoughtful support where and when it's needed.
As an process innovator and collaborator with advanced Revit skills, Molly focuses on exploring the transformative power of the built environment. Her technical and soft skills enable her to lead clients and teams, using experimentation and iteration to identify challenges and create effective solutions.
Molly is a registered architect with 12+ years of experience including 7+ years of BIM management in small- to large-scale firms. Her certifications and accreditations demonstrate her strong commitment to maintaining industry excellence and professional development. She has a diverse portfolio including public & private healthcare, education, high-rise, master planning, governmental, commercial, workplace, multi-family, mixed-use, institutional, industrial, modular, and high-end residential. She received her undergraduate and master’s degree in architecture from the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) and is trained in landscape architecture, historic preservation, and sustainable building. Molly values community involvement and serves on the AIA’s Academy of Architecture for Health’s Research Initiatives Committee and served on the Yakima Historic Preservation Commission in 2016 and then as Commission Chair in 2017.
